  • 1 small Pink Lady apple, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Description

Whip up a creamy porridge in just 10 minutes with this easy breakfast recipe, then top it off with berries, honey-caramelised apple and crunchy pepitas.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook porridge according to package instructions.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook apple for 1 minute on each side or until golden. Remove pan from heat. Add honey and turn apples to coat.

Step 3 of 3

Top porridge with apple mixture, blueberries, pepitas and drizzled with pan juices. Serve with milk, if desired.
