- 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
- 2teaspoons ginger, grated
- 100grams snow peas, finely sliced
- 1tablespoons miso paste
- 40grams baby spinach
- 1tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 8 eggs
- 2 cup rolled oats

Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add oats and stir for 5 minutes until lightly toasted. Whisk miso and ginger with 3 cups boiling water. Stir into oats. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until tender and thickened.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, add eggs to a saucepan of warm water. Bring to the boil and cook for 6 minutes. Drain.
Step 3 of 3
Divide oat mixture between serving bowls. Add vegetables, halved boiled eggs and sesame seeds.
