  • 75grams dried figs, chopped
  • 20grams dried apple, chopped
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 2 1/3 cups almond milk, unsweetened

A quick and easy breakfast option filled with warming cinnamon and apple.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place the oats in a frying pan over a low heat, stirring frequently to lightly toast.

Step 2 of 4

Remove from the heat and stir in the nuts, seeds and cinnamon, stirring to combine.

Step 3 of 4

Pour into a large bowl, then stir through the chopped dried fig and apple, tossing to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Serve in bowls with sliced apple and almond milk.
