Healthier Almond Oat Crumble Topping

- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 5milliliter olive oil
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 300grams mixed berries (to serve)
- 1tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 cup reduced fat Greek yoghurt (to serve)
Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 180°C
Step 2 of 6
Place the almonds in a food processor and process briefly until finely chopped.
Step 3 of 6
In a bowl mix oats, almonds, flour and cinnamon together.
Step 4 of 6
Add the maple syrup and mix it until it forms large heavy crumb clusters.
Step 5 of 6
Place on a baking tray, lightly spray with cooking oil and bake for 10-15 min until golden brown.
Step 6 of 6
Let cool and place in airtight container. Sprinkle over yoghurt and berries.
