- 20grams pecan, crushed
- 6 pods cardamon pods
- 100grams caster sugar
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1 star anise

Description
A dessert with packed with festive spices but can be enjoyed all year round.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Poach the pears whole, in a pot of water with the star anise, cardamon pods, cinnamon and sugar 25 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
While these are poaching, mix the crushed pecans with the granola and leave to one side. Remove the pears from the pot and let drain and cool so that they are safe to handle.
Step 3 of 3
Once cooled, slice into quarters and remove the central core. Now serve the pears on top of the granola and topped with natural yoghurt.
