Delicious pancakes everyone can enjoy.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Sift the flour, then add the egg and milk to a large mixing bowl (you don't need sugar or salt in the mixture).

Step 2 of 4

While heating a frying pan on medium-high, use an electric mixer to combine ingredients until smooth (2-3 minutes).

Step 3 of 4

Spray frying pan very lightly with oil and using a half-cup measure - cook pancakes, one at a time, browning lightly for a minute or two on each side.

Step 4 of 4

Place cooked pancakes onto a covered plate warming in the oven (oven on really low) so they stay nice and hot. Serve with your pancake preference: Lemon and sugar (my fave), or drizzle with maple syrup and fresh fruit: banana, strawberries or mango - or something completely different, like dragon fruit (shown below with fresh mango).
