  • 50grams icing sugar
  • 1tablespoons clear honey
  • 400grams can custard
  • 1tablespoons sugar strands (to decorate)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Reserve a few of the fruits for decoration. Place the remaining fruits in a food processor with the icing sugar and honey and blend until smooth.

Step 2 of 3

While the motor is running, slowly pour in the custard until the mixture is thick and forms a soft ice cream.

Step 3 of 3

Spoon into paper cups or bowls, then sprinkle with sugar strands before serving.
