Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat a grill on high. Line a tray with paper.

Step 2 of 4

Place apricots, cut-side up, onto tray.

Step 3 of 4

Combine sugar and almonds in a small bowl, add butter and rub in until combined.

Step 4 of 4

Sprinkle over each apricot. Grill for 5 minutes until golden. Serve.
