- 1/4 cup mint leaves (to serve)
- 4 nectarines, halved, stones removed (peaches or apricots)
- 1/4teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2tablespoons honey (to serve)
- 1 cup plain yoghurt (to serve)
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted (to serve - see tip)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat grill on high. Combine sugar and cinnamon on a plate and dip fruit, cut-side down, into sugar to coat. Place in a single layer, cut-side up, on grill tray. Grill for 5 minutes or until sugar caramelises and fruit is warm.
Step 2 of 2
Transfer fruit to bowls. Top with yoghurt, honey, almonds and mint. Serve.
