  • 2 limes, rind finely grated, juiced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 small ruby grapefruit
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 cup Greek-style yoghurt (to serve)
  • 1/4 cup sliced natural almonds, toasted

Step 1 of 1

Combine honey, lime rind and juice in a bowl. Using a sharp knife, cut peel and pith from grapefruit and oranges. Hold the fruit over the bowl to catch juice, while you remove segments. Gently toss segments with dressing and extra juice. Divide between dishes. Top with yoghurt and sprinkle with nuts. Serve.
