- 6 macadamia biscuits
- 60milliliter malibu
- 200grams cherries, pitted, stems intact
- 4 yellow nectarines, quartered, stone removed
- 4 white peaches, quartered, stone removed
- 6 white chocolate
- 4 scoop vanilla ice-cream (to serve)
- 2tablespoons brown sugar
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat barbecue on medium. Place fruit in a disposable foil tray. Add liqueur and sugar. Toss to combine.
Step 2 of 2
Crumble biscuits over fruit. Cover with foil. Place on barbecue. Roast for 15 minutes. Remove foil and cook for 10 minutes or until fruit has softened. Serve with ice-cream, drizzled with juice from cooked fruit.
