Method
Step 1 of 3
Finely chop good-quality dark chocolate. Place it into a medium heavy-based saucepan, along with whipping cream and smooth peanut butter.

Heat the mixture slowly over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth, glossy, and warm.
Step 3 of 3
Transfer to a fondue set to keep warm, or serve immediately in a bowl with the dippers alongside.
