Method
Step 1 of 4
Core, quarter and thinly slice red apples.
Step 2 of 4
Heat butter and olive oil in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. When butter has melted, add apples and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until golden.

Sprinkle over fresh sage, lemon pepper, salt and white pepper.
Step 4 of 4
Toss until well combined and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
