Method

Step 1 of 2

Place Medjool dates, coconut and 2 tbs hot water in a food processor and process to a paste.

Step 2 of 2

Slice apple crossways into 5 slices. Spread each slice with 1 tsp date spread and reassemble. Remaining paste can be frozen for 1 month.
