Squeeze some lemon juice over the avocado, so it doesn't go brown.

Step 2 of 2

Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut cheese slices in half to make 2 triangle sails. Stand a celery pole in the avocado boat. Cut a slice down the celery pole to slide the cheese sail on to the mast. Fill the boat with tomatoes.
