  • 1/2teaspoons sweet paprika
  • veggie sticks (such as carrot, celery, cucumber, capsicum )
  • 3tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2teaspoons ground cumin
  • 400grams tin chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup hulled tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, spices, a pinch of salt and 3 tbs water in a food processor and pulse to combine.

Step 2 of 3

With the motor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and process until smooth and creamy.

Step 3 of 3

Divide hummus between 6 small jars, fill with veggie sticks, secure the lids and refrigerate until needed.
