Method
Step 1 of 2
Slice the figs in half and place on a hot griddle pan, skin-side down. Sear for 10 minutes until the skins begin to blacken, then remove.
Step 2 of 2
Arrange the figs on 4 plates and serve with a spoonful of yoghurt and some honey spooned over the top.
