Description

This simple dessert provides all the rich taste of the most decadent chocolate mousse, without the cream, butter, or processed sugar. Avocados are full of antioxidant phytochemicals, and cacao may help lower blood pressure.

Method

Step 1 of 2

To make the mousse, place all the ingredients, except the cacao nibs, into a food processor and process them until completely smooth, adding a little extra almond or coconut milk if necessary.

Step 2 of 2

Pour the mixture into a serving dish or four 150ml glasses. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until chilled. To serve, sprinkle the mousse with cacao nibs.
