  • 1 nectarine, cut into wedges
  • 1 banana, cut into thick coins
  • 1tablespoons butter
  • bamboo skewers
  • 3/4 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1teaspoons honey

Method

Step 1 of 5

Cut each slice of Mighty Soft Fruity-licious Cranberry Raspberry & Spice Loaf into 6 rectangles.

Step 2 of 5

Insert a skewer into a raisin toast rectangle, a piece of nectarine and banana. Repeat with the remaining skewers alternating between raisin toast and fruit. Spread a small amount of butter onto each piece of raisin toast.

Step 3 of 5

In a small bowl, mix together the yoghurt and honey.

Step 4 of 5

Grill skewers on a BBQ or grill pan until fruit is caramelised and toast is golden.

Serve skewers with yoghurt dip.
