For the topping
- 3 strawberries, sliced
- 5 blackberries, halved
- 10 blueberries
- 1tablespoons sugar-free muesli
- 4 shelled pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
- 25grams frozen raspberries
- 2tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
Method
Step 1 of 2
Remove the banana from the freezer and leave for about 20 minutes, or until the banana is just beginning to soften to the touch but the centre is still frozen. Transfer to a blender with the raspberries and yogurt, then purée until smooth, adding enough milk to get a thick, creamy consistency.
Step 2 of 2
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and arrange the fruit and muesli on top.
