  • 200grams frozen mango
  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Sam's pantry honey oat bake with roasted almonds granola
  • 4 strawberries, hulled, halved
  • 1tablespoons flaked coconut
  • maple syrup (to serve)

Description

This smoothie bowl recipe only takes 5 minutes to make – perfect for a quick breakfast. It’s packed with fruit and topped with crunchy, golden granola and coconut.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place mango and 1 banana in a blender and blend until smooth. Spoon into a bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Spoon granola over half of the mango mixture to cover. Top with remaining banana, strawberry and coconut. Serve drizzled with syrup.
