- 1/2 small mango, peeled and sliced
- 1tablespoons flaked almonds
- 20grams raspberries
- 1tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1tablespoons dried mulberries
- 100grams frozen raspberries
- 100grams frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 100grams ripe banana
- 50grams avocado flesh
- 2tablespoons chia seeds
- 2tablespoons acai berry powder
Description
This is such a fantastic idea – take a traditional smoothie mix, make itreally thick, then top it with your favourite fruit, as well as a combination of crunchy seeds or cereals. Your body will love you.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Put the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and whizz until smooth. Transfer to two bowls.
Step 2 of 2
Lay the mango slices in a starburst pattern over half the surface, thenarrange the almonds, raspberries, pumpkin seeds, and mulberries in stripeson the other half.
