- 20grams apple, skin on, finely diced
- 20grams raspberries
- 1teaspoons sunflower seeds
- 100grams curly kale, large stems discarded
- 85grams apple, skin on,chopped
- 50grams avocado flesh
- 30grams alfalfa sprouts
- 150grams frozen banana
- 150grams frozen strawberries
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1teaspoons moringa powder
- 1teaspoons honey (to taste)
Description
Almost off the charts where nutrients are concerned, kale is an obvious choice for a smoothie. If its taste isn’t quite to your liking, don’t worry– the apple is centre stage here.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Put the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender or processor and whizz until smooth. Taste and add raw honey, if needed.
Step 2 of 2
Pour into two bowls, then arrange the topping ingredients in stripes across the surface.
