  • 85grams apple, skin on,chopped
  • 50grams avocado flesh
  • 30grams alfalfa sprouts
  • 150grams frozen banana
  • 150grams frozen strawberries
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1teaspoons moringa powder
  • 1teaspoons honey (to taste)

Description

Method

Step 1 of 2

Put the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender or processor and whizz until smooth. Taste and add raw honey, if needed.

Step 2 of 2

Pour into two bowls, then arrange the topping ingredients in stripes across the surface.
