  • 1teaspoons hemp seeds
  • 2teaspoons shredded coconut
  • 1tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1tablespoons LSA Linseeds, Sunflower Seeds & Almonds
  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 1tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 frozen zucchini
  • 500milliliter water

Description

Super tasty to have at breakfast or as a morning snack, this smoothie bowl also packs some hidden zucchini to add some extra veg to your day.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Add banana, zucchini, coconut yoghurt, cacao powder, chia seeds, LSA and water into a blender. Blitz until all ingredients are smooth and thick consistency.

Step 2 of 2

Pour into two large glasses. Sprinkle hemp seeds & coconut on top and enjoy.
