For the topping
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 homemade granola
  • 1tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1teaspoons flaked almonds
  • 1teaspoons acai powder
  • 1 small banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2tablespoons Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 medium papaya, peeled, deseeded, roughly chopped, and frozen
  • 1teaspoons almond butter
  • 1teaspoons honey

Description

Turn a simple smoothie into a nourishing breakfast bowl with the addition of blueberries, raspberries, nuts, seeds and chiaseeds.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Simply place all the main ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and thick, adding a little extra almond milk if necessary.

Step 2 of 2

Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and decorate with the superfood toppings. Sweeten the smoothie with a drizzle of honey, if needed.
