- 500grams Creative Gourmet Frozen Banana Chunks
- 250-2grams Creative Gourmet Frozen Avocado Slices
- 4 pieces Creative Gourmet Frozen Pure Passionfruit Pulp
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 2 1/4 cup Baby spinach leaves
- 4 leaves Mint
- 1/4 cup flaked Coconut
- 2tablespoons Pepita Seeds
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place half of the banana and half of the avocado on a large paper towel-lined baking tray. Place 2 passionfruit pieces in a small bowl and set aside for 10 min to thaw.
Step 2 of 3
Meanwhile, place coconut water, 2 cups of spinach, half of the mint and remaining passionfruit, banana and avocado in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Step 3 of 3
Divide smoothie among bowls. Top with banana and avocado, and remaining spinach and mint. Scatter over coconut and petitas. Spoon over passionfruit and serve.
