- 1tablespoons cashew butter
- 1tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2tablespoons water
- 1/4teaspoons vanilla bean extract
- 1/2 cup Uncle Tobys traditional oats
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup apple puree
- 1/2teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2teaspoons maple syrup
- 1/2teaspoons maca powder (optional)
- 1 pinch sea salt

Description
The baked oats trend gets a decadent makeover with this recipe featuring warm salted caramel sauce drizzled on top.
Method
Step 1 of 9
Preheat oven to 180ºC
Step 2 of 9
Add all the baked oats ingredients into a blender and blend until combined
Step 3 of 9
In a dish add all the salted caramel ingredients together and microwave for 1 minute, stir half way and mix together once finished

In a heatproof dish pour most of the baked oats mixture in

Spoon 3/4 of the salted caramel into the centre
Step 6 of 9
Pour the remainder of the baked oats batter on top so it covers the caramel
Step 7 of 9
Add a tsp of warm water to the remaining salted caramel dish and stir until mixture thins

Drizzle caramel on top of mixture

Bake in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes. Carefully remove from the oven and enjoy!
