- 3tablespoons pesto
- 30grams cheddar, grated
- 60grams parmesan, grated
- 2tablespoons chives, fresh, chopped
- 1/2teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description
These moreish savoury muffins are so simple to make and are perfect for brunch or lunch.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a 12 hole muffin tin. Place the flour in a large bowl and rub the butter in with your fingers.
Step 2 of 3
Stir in the buttermilk and mix gently to form a dough. Stir in the pesto, cheddar, parmesan, chives and black pepper.
Step 3 of 3
Divide the mix between the muffin tin holes and bake for 25 minutes until golden.
