- 1tablespoons mayonnaise

- 2 chicken breast schnitzels
- 2 bread rolls, split in half

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add chicken schnitzels and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until golden and cooked through. Top with cheese. Transfer chicken to a plate.
Step 2 of 2
Spread mayonnaise onto bread rolls. Fill with chicken schnitzel, lettuce, tomato and avocado. Top with bread roll. Serve.
