Description

This Indian inspired spicy cabbage salad is a delicious accompaniment for curries or grilled meats.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat the oil in a large pan medium heat and cook the mustard and cumin seeds for 1 minute, until sizzling. Remove from the heat. Pour the oil over the shredded cabbage in a bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Add the red onion, chilli and lime juice and coriander and toss to combine.
