Method

Step 1 of 3

Whisk the apple cider vinegar, honey and olive oil together in a mixing bowl seasoning with salt and pepper.

Step 2 of 3

Add the lettuce to a large salad bowl arranging the diced celery, apple, cucumber, goat's cheese and toasted almonds on top of the lettuce.
