  • 400grams mixed salad leaves, washed, drained and stems removed
  • 240grams burrata, drained and sliced
  • 4 medium cherry tomato, sliced
  • 80grams green olives, pitted and halved
  • 120grams chorizo, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Description

A spicy and peppered salad with contrasting textures.

Method

Step 1 of 5

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil with the salt, pepper, garlic, balsamic and set to one side.

Step 2 of 5

Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and fry the chorizo for 6 minutes while tossing and then set to one side.

Step 3 of 5

Place the salad leaves on your serving plates and then equally place the sliced burrata and tomatoes.

Step 4 of 5

Sprinkle the chorizo and olives over the salad plates.

Step 5 of 5

Drizzle with the sauce before serving.
