Method

Step 1 of 2

Pre-heat the oven to 170°C, spread the walnuts out on a baking tray and toast for 8 minutes.

Step 2 of 2

Whisk the olive oil and vinegar together to make a dressing. Add the toasted walnuts, celery and dates to a large bowl. Pour over the dressing, toss well, top with grated parmesan and serve.
