  • 4tablespoons parmesan, grated
  • 75grams flaked almonds, toasted
  • 60grams pomegranate seeds
  • 1 pinch black pepper (to taste)

Description

This delicious slaw style sprout salad will convert any brussel sprout hater.

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a large salad bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, parsley and black pepper together.

Step 2 of 3

Pour in the shredded brussels sprouts and red onion and toss well to coat. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Once ready to serve, add the grated parmesan, pomegranate seeds and flaked almonds and toss well to coat.
