- 3tablespoons olive oil
- 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2teaspoons honey
- 100grams goats cheese, soft
- 50grams sundried tomatoes, drained and sliced
- 50grams pine nuts, toasted

Description
Romaine lettuce is delicious charred in a griddle pan for a warm salad with a difference.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Brush the romaine wedges with olive oil all over. Heat a large griddle pan on the highest heat and sear the wedges for 1 minute on each side until lightly charred, working in batches.
Step 2 of 2
Whisk the remaining oil, vinegar and honey together to make a dressing. Arrange the wedges on a serving platter, drizzle with dressing, top with goats cheese, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts and serve.
