- 1 bunch silverbeet, stems removed, chopped
- 2teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 medium lemon, zest and juice
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1tablespoons anchovies, drained and finely chopped
- 1 pinch cracked black pepper
Description
Anchovies and garlic make this sauteed silverbeat side dish seriously flavoursome.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium heat and cook the garlic and anchovies for 3 minutes.
Step 2 of 3
Stir in the chopped silverbeet, lemon zest and juice and cook until wilted, 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 of 3
Serve with cracked black pepper.
