  • 2teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 1tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Description

Apple cuts through the richness of smoked mackerel in this simple but elegant salad.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Flake the smoked mackerel into medium sized pieces and add to a bowl with the watercress, apples, radishes, cucumber and walnuts.

Step 2 of 3

Whisk the mustard, honey and vinegar together in a small bowl and whisk in the oil to make a dressing,.

Step 3 of 3

Pour the dressing into the salad bowl, toss and serve.
