Description

The blue cheese adds an interesting twist to this grilled watermelon salad.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat up a chargrill to a medium heat with the canola oil. Grill the watermelon slices with the seasoning for about 4 minutes on each side until nicely browned but not burnt.

Step 2 of 2

Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl together. Place your rocket on the plate, top with some the grilled watermelon and then the mixed salad on top.
