Description
The mackerel is well balanced in this dish with mustard and beetroot, with the sweet freshness of watermelon.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat up a pan to a medium heat with the canola oil. Fry the mackerel with the salt and pepper for 8 minutes turning halfway. Remove from the heat and chop.
Step 2 of 2
Prepare 4 terrine tins if you have one by packing the mackerel, then the watermelon, mustard and beetroot. Serve with an optional side salad.
