Waldorf Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

- 2 apples, cut into quarters
- 3 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup light milk
- 1/2 cup aioli
- 100grams cheese
- 2packets baby cos lettuce hearts
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 180°C. Process aioli, cheese and milk in a food processor until smooth. Transfer dressing to a serving jug.
Step 2 of 6
Spread walnuts onto a baking tray. Roast for 8 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool.
Step 3 of 6
Separate leaves from baby cos lettuce hearts and wash in cold water. Drain in salad spinner. Arrange leaves on a large platter.
Step 4 of 6
Quarter 2 apples and remove core. Thinly slice.
Step 5 of 6
Arrange apples, celery stalks and walnuts over lettuce leaves. Drizzle with dressing.
Step 6 of 6
Serve salad with remaining dressing.
