  • 3 pears, quatered, cored and sliced
  • 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
  • 100grams baby rocket
  • 200grams camembert cheese, sliced
  • 1 sourdough baguette, torn (to serve)
  • 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 120grams hazelnuts, dry roasted, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup pear juice (or apple juice)
  • 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)

Method

Step 1 of 2

Place pear or apple juice, oil and horseradish cream into a screw top jar. Secure lid and shake until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2 of 2

Combine camembert, pears, rocket and hazelnuts in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss until well combined. Serve salad with sourdough bread.
