- 3 pears, quatered, cored and sliced
- 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
- 100grams baby rocket
- 200grams camembert cheese, sliced
- 1 sourdough baguette, torn (to serve)
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 120grams hazelnuts, dry roasted, roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup pear juice (or apple juice)
- 1 pinch sea salt ground (to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Place pear or apple juice, oil and horseradish cream into a screw top jar. Secure lid and shake until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2 of 2
Combine camembert, pears, rocket and hazelnuts in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss until well combined. Serve salad with sourdough bread.
