  • 2teaspoons wholegrain mustard
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 baby cos lettuce
  • 2tablespoons hazelnuts, chopped

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium heat.

Step 2 of 4

Whisk half the oil, juice, mustard and honey together in a small bowl until well combined and set aside.

Step 3 of 4

Remove outer leaves from lettuce and discard. Cut each lettuce into quarters. Drizzle with remaining oil. Cook lettuce for 3-4 minutes on each side or until lightly charred. Transfer to a serving plate.

Step 4 of 4

Drizzle dressing over lettuce and season to taste. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and parmesan. Serve.
