Method

Step 1 of 2

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil over high heat. Add beans and cook for 6-8 minutes or until bright green and just tender. Drain and refresh in cold water.

Step 2 of 2

Return to the pan with butter and season with salt and pepper. Shake pan over the heat for 2-3 minutes to reheat beans and coat with the butter. Add almonds and toss to combine. Transfer to a warmed serving dish.
