Description
Cabbage is far from boring with zesty lemon and toasty hazelnuts in this side dish, perfect with roast chicken.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat the butter and oil in a large pan medium heat and add the garlic and lemon zest. Cook for 1 minute, add the cabbage and cook, stirring, for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Step 2 of 2
Squeeze over the lemon juice, stir in the toasted hazelnuts and serve.
