Description
Baking feta transforms it into a creamy dip, perfect with a little honey and thyme.
Instruction tip
Serve any raw vegetable you like with this and add some baguette slices on the side.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced and place the feta blocks in a small, oven proof serving dish.
Step 2 of 3
Drizzle the olive oil and honey over the feta and top with thyme leaves.
Step 3 of 3
Bake the feta for 8-10 minutes, remove from the oven and serve with the crudites arranged around the serving dish.
