Description

This creamy artichoke and spinach dip is delicious scooped up with warm bread or served with vegetable crudites for dipping.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 160°C. Place the spinach in a colander and pour over boiling water to wilt it. Drain well.

Step 2 of 3

Add the drained spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, cheese and chives to a large bowl and mix well. Tip the mix into a medium baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Remove from the oven, stir well and bake for 10 more minutes until golden, bubbling and piping hot.
