Description

A super easy dip which can also be used as a dressing.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Thoroughly wash coriander couple of times. Drain the water out and pat dry with a paper towel.

Step 2 of 3

In a food processor/blender, add coriander, garlic, chilli and 2 tsp yogurt. Blend everything together until the mixture has a smooth texture.

Step 3 of 3

Pour the blended mixture into a bowl, add remaining yoghurt and salt and mix. Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to a week.
