- 75grams creme fraiche, reduced fat
- 75grams Greek yoghurt
- 2 medium lemons, zest of 2, juice of 1
- 1/4 pack dill, fresh, chopped
- 1teaspoons chives, fresh, chopped
- 1 pinch black pepper

Method
Step 1 of 2
Add the trout, creme fraiche and yoghurt to a large bowl and gently mix with a fork.
Step 2 of 2
Pour over the lemon juice, add the zest and chopped fresh dill and chives and mix gently. Season with cracked black pepper to taste.
