  • 4 medium red capsicum, quartered and de-seeded
  • 1tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 180grams creme fraiche

Description

A great dipping sauce that has the flavour of red capsicum but with a smooth consistency.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Bake the peppers on a baking tray, skin side up, for 20 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Remove the skin from the peppers and add the flesh to a blender.

Step 3 of 3

Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 30 seconds before serving.
