  • 1/2 medium lemon, juiced
  • 200grams gorgonzola dolce
  • 50grams walnuts, chopped
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper

Description

This quick bruschetta is an easy way to get fix a cheeseboard craving.
Instruction tip
This bruschetta also works well with soft goats cheese.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Thinly slice the pears and place in a bowl. Cover with lemon juice.

Step 2 of 2

Toast the sourdough to your liking. Spread the gorgonzola on the toast and top with thin slices of pear, cracked black pepper and chopped walnuts.
